Possible Service Options
Lot and home purchase
Purchase property from ½ to 5 acres (on the beach or ocean view) $50,000 and up. In-house financing is available in some instances (50% down, balance spread over two years al 10% fixed interest).
Property management service
Management operation will maintain the property in good condition, paying all taxes and keeping all paperwork current. A monthly management fee can be charged, depending upon location and size. Plus direct costs (taxes, maintenance, inspection trips, labor relations and on-site management)
Our company will manage your properties with the overall mission of protecting your investment and acting as the guardian of the value of your property. Full management service would cover (but not limited) all farm planning and management, bookkeeping, banking and record procedures as well as the handling legal documents and government permissions, attorney relations, notice mailings, the enforcement of your corporate rules and regulations and all maintenance concerns. Of course, all work would be done in accordance with the instructions of you.
